“Cá se fazem cuscos” – Bragança’s Couscous cooking workshop
North
Within the "Lombada" - Festival of Music and Tradition, it will be this workshop of "cuscos", or the couscous from Bragança:
To get to know and participate in the cycle of cereal harvest, we’ll go to the village of Palácios, remembering the tradition of harvesting and knitting, and during the afternoon we make the couscous “transmontano” (from Bragança), using the wheat flour and bread buns. At night, we complete the cycle, tasting delicious dishes based on this hidden treasure of the cuisine “Transmontana”.
