In a session with Saudade Campião this workshop will allow you to know the ingredients and techniques to recreate the flavors of an ancestral gastronomic tradition, strongly influenced by the cultures of the Mediterranean, especially in the ability to create dishes of intense flavor from a simple base of olive oil, bread and herbs.
